Pfk - Longueuil

This for the first time I order kfc this year! I don't know if they really have their recipe or this special restaurant kfc a bad name! the first thing I noticed about my order was that it did not smell like the KFC chicken I was used to! it actually smells burned what felt disgusting! that was bad then what we can get into the food in the rule! the haw was dark and smells like street work! I'm not sure if it's the oil dirty or what! the hell was also a bit raw! I'm not just an isolated opportunity, but I don't want to order any more from this industry!

The fries were not warm or fresh, they were from certain things, otherwise it was good

Honestly, no worse place. I worked here to understand why it's slow. but a firm manager. the friteurs take one because to cook the slow times. nothing they can do

Never! Of course, people eat badly. nothing they can do

I went there today 17 Nov 2021 and had the worst service ever,very rude employee,no wonder nobody goes to this location anymore,please close the restaurant.Why they changed the chicken?They cut the pieces in two parts now with the excuse that they buy bigger chickens , one breast is now cut in 2 or 3 pieces ??.The quality of the food is very bad at this time it used to be so good.Bring the normal chicken pieces back !!We should boicote KFC until they do!!
