I was very disappointed with today’s service. I used to be a regular customer, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. My husband and I were waiting at the register for just a coffee. Two women entered after us and started waiting at the sandwich area. The girl working at the coffee shop came out and began serving the two women without even checking who was there first. When she approached the register, I politely said, "I'm sorry, but we were here first." Instead of acknowledging us, she replied, "It won't be long; I'll just have them pay." There was no apology or consideration at all. We felt ignored, so we decided to leave. I’ve worked in customer service myself, which is why I didn't make a scene, but I believe the girl’s approach was completely wrong. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

The food is casual and tasty, complemented by a great variety of teas and coffees, all enjoyed with some lovely jazz in the background.

This coffee shop is fantastic! I've been there twice already, and both times the staff was incredibly friendly. The coffee and food were delicious. They offer a great selection of wraps and salads for lunch and dinner, along with tea, beers, and various other beverages. This coffee shop truly caters to everyone! I highly recommend visiting, and be sure to tip at least 20% because the staff is exceptional.
