Tacos Gto - Longmont

There's no shortage of Mexican restaurants in Longmont, but this has quickly become my go-to spot. I absolutely love the cabeza. When I tried the chicken it unfortunately wasn't great, but they do everything else so well that I wouldn't take points off for it.

They also own a taco truck down the street. The restaurant was very clean and big. The tacos are the best! Very delicious. Definitely recommend trying their food.

I had previously been to the taco truck and love their food so we decided to try out their restaurant and it was amazing! We are always in search of the best tacos and this is it! Tripa tacos were amazing and the asada tortas were delicious! The aqua de horchata is a must! We will be back!

Food truck or restaurant? Food truck or restaurant is the question. GTO's is a must try! I started with their Food truck a couple years ago and then when COVID hit, they opened a restaurant on Downtown Main Street. My family and I are multiple times a month investors/visitors to GTO's tacos and quesadillas! Since having their restaurant, the food from the food truck and restaurant have stayed consistently tasty! In my experience, once a small family business gets larger the food declines and that is not the case with GTO. The restaurant is in a great location in Downtown Longmont. Good size for large parties or groups. Bright, clean and welcoming! The food truck is located a few blocks South of their restaurant and I would highly recommend giving both locations a try. I typically call and order ahead if I'm going to the food truck but as for the restaurant, they always have a table open! I usually get the Asada Quesadilla (with the green salsa) and my daughters get the Asada and Tipas tacos. If your looking for authentic Mexican food, go give them a try! Muy bueno!
