Contribuiți la feedbackWaited 15+ minutes for food at the stall, when i saw every car in drive get their order in and food out. All i ordered was 2 footlongs and some tots. No longer a customer t this location.
Their staff members are sweet and friendly to the best of their capabilities, but the quality of drinks being made at any given time of day is terrible. Most recently, we ordered both a strawberry and a cherry limeade. It seemed as though the lime was expired and the drink was definitely “off” overall. We went back an hour or so later to see if they would remake it and they were so understanding and helpful when resolving the issue. The second time we came around was during a different shift, and the employee that kindly remade our drinks was efficient, attentive, and more sober than the worker from our earlier encounter at this drive-thru. It made up for the initial mishap that we tasted for sure :
Did anyone else know you cant make two separate orders in your car here???? Is it really that hard? Just like next car coming thru. Shouldnt even get one star. They need to teach there staff about customer service! Guy was rude wouldnt do two orders, barely wanted to speak and they have him in drive thru...? Then asks if I wanna talk to manager after I just asked to speak to manager?? then she sticks with no double orders but they laugh while Im speaking. This is ridiculous. I know its hard to find workers but come on.... Won't be returning!!!!!!
The sign says $8.39 for a #1 combo but when u get to the window you pay over $12 only for some young teen to smuggly say we don't have new signs yet then laugh like it's a joke... FALSE ADVERTISING or someone is taking that money no signs to say that there is a price change just let the customer take the brunt force of the payment.... Loosing faith in this place completely
Ordered online around 8:50 to have my food ready by 9 as the app said got here about 9:07. Still waiting it's 9:30am and I here them taking drive thru orders but they aren't taking mobiles. So? What am I supposed to do? The order says it's in the kitchen and won't let me cancel for a refund
