Saigon Express - Longmont

I eat here at least once a week, sometimes twice in one day. I really love the pho here. The broth is just so good! I’m addicted.

Bummer! Had to edit my review. I used to really like this place, food is amazing but service is disappointing. This was my go-to spot for pai thai and pho but I'm gonna have to find a new restaurant after today's visit. I placed an online order and went to pick it up. Noticed there was an item missed AFTER I walked out the door. I turned around and went back inside and advised the worker that there was something missing from my order. She questioned me. I showed her the receipt taped to my bag. And she went back to talk to someone. Told me they were out of that item... and you were just gonna charge me and not tell me, let me walk out without it... Not okay! Then she told me they could make what I ordered and paid for but I'd have to wait. The weather and roads were HORRIBLE hence why I placed a to-go order. I said no thank you and asked for a refund. She tried to explain something but I couldn't understand her. She had the manager or whomever come up and process my refund. Hopefully it's done. I'll be monitoring my account to ensure the transaction is completed correctly but unfortunately, that will be my LAST visit to Saigon Express.

Have been eating at this restaurant since it opened. We 've always been very happy with the food whether eating in or taking out. Tonight we spent over $50 for 2 noodle bowls. The chicken and shrimp were so dry we ate a bite of each and threw it away. Egg rolls that we ordered extra of looked like they 'd been sitting under a heat lamp for a week. Dry as a bone and had none of the flavor that we 've had here in the past. Called the restaurant and they just wanted to argue. After much debate they finally offered a 50% credit for food that we had to throw out. They never gave the promised credit so we had to dispute the charge with credit card company. Credit card company talked with the restaurant, and they denied having offered the 50% credit. Since we received the product (INEDIBLE) the credit was denied. Beyond angry and disappointed. Will NEVER go back!

Out of all the pho I’ve tried in Longmont, the one at this location is by far my favorite! The food is amazing. I love the pho, dumplings and spring rolls here. The service was also great, they were very efficient, and the place is very clean. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Good hole on the wall joint! I can't speak to others rating of pho because I haven't had it here. But I will say the rice combinations are delicious as well as some of the other entrees. All the times I've visited, I've never been disappointed. I will continue to come to this local establishment. (Service can be slow at times some servers are more attentive than others, but luckily I'm never in a rush when I go)
