Ihop - Longmont

Unfortunately, our next experience was just as frustrating. We waited over 30 minutes for three meals—pancakes and a waffle, with two servings of eggs and bacon. I could hear our server yelling at the cooks in the kitchen, but it didn’t seem to help. My tea tasted terrible, so I requested water instead. We almost walked out before the food arrived, as we had other plans for the afternoon, but they promised it was on the way. When the food finally came, my daughter’s pancake was overly sweet, and she could barely eat a third of it. We rushed through our meal, and I left a note with the bill expressing my disappointment. After we all used the restroom, the manager or owner approached me with a business card offering $10 off our next visit. I simply told her that I didn’t think we’d return and took my kids out of the restaurant. I spent $30 on both visits for poor service and subpar food, and I’m not willing to give this IHOP any more of my money.
