Everest - Longmont

This Indian restaurant in Longmont has quickly become our favorite since we first tried it a year ago. Unfortunately, they were closed for about a month this summer.

This restaurant is amazing. I had one of the best Vindaloos I've ever tasted. My wife had the lamb biryani, which was excellent as well. If you're ever in the area, make sure to stop by here. The owner is also very lovely!

I enjoyed a bowl of thugpa at the restaurant. The dish consisted of thin noodles, crunchy vegetables, and a flavorful spicy sauce, making it perfect for a chilly day.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is consistently tasty, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is relaxed. We try to come here as often as possible.

This Longmont restaurant is my absolute favorite. Make sure to chat with the staff when you visit – they are from Nepal and really interesting to talk to.
