The service here is consistently excellent; the staff is friendly and attentive. They always take care to get our order right, and the food is absolutely delicious. As for kid-friendliness, it's great—big kids can enjoy their meals while receiving free ice! Parking is shared, so it can be a bit tricky to navigate, but we always manage to find a spot.

The restaurant was very crowded, and communication was unfortunately poor. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The last time I visited was so disappointing that I initially thought there might have been a few isolated issues, so I decided to give it another shot. I regret that choice.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for restaurants. Having worked in the industry for almost 40 years, I have to say this experience was horrible! We spent $47, using a gift card, and it was completely not worth it. The food was lukewarm when we picked it up and tasted over-salted and burnt. Everything was dry, to the point where I could barely chew the meat. The wings were particularly dry, and the okra was practically inedible because of the excessive salt. The jalapeño beans were okay, but still too salty. My husband had three ribs which, after reheating with sauce, were just passable. I try to be fair when it comes to dining out, but this was truly disappointing. We also asked for napkins but didn't receive any. This is definitely one of my top two worst dining experiences ever. I won't be going back.

Not what I expected, I ordered a brisket sandwich, the meat was dried and cold, and they needed long time to serve this, and no one was in the load. very disappointed, it is hard to find good bbq to these parts.

Food was great, restaurant was clean, only real headache was the overly annoying employee that had to narrate step by step his movements to everybody.
