Arby's - Longmont

This restaurant is ridiculous. They advertise as being open, but you can't enter the establishment or place an order at the window. What's the point of claiming to be open?

I spent half an hour in the drive-through and arrived a full hour before closing time. There was no one inside, so I attempted to enter the dining room, but it was locked. I then tried to get service at the drive-through window, but there was nobody there. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 1 out of 5.

Conveniently located at the intermediate station with a drive-thru, this restaurant offers a diverse menu with plenty of options for a quick meal.

They are passionate about their food, but they struggle with balancing the seasoning. They either over-season or completely forget to add any when requested. This inconsistency can be off-putting and can potentially ruin the dining experience.

I love the new fish and chips as well as the classic turkey sandwich. The horseradish sauce is amazing! Keep creating awesome recipes and I will definitely remain a loyal customer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5.
