Taste Creme - Long Island City

Ordered a birthday cake with flower and chose pick up at 9:00 am, the staff accepted my order but didn’t prepare it.

The cakes here are truly stunning, with a wonderful variety of flavors and beautiful decorations. However, I have a small complaint: the cupcakes were not placed in the right box, and they arrived all squished. Additionally, the service I received while in the shop felt lackluster. The staff member seemed impatient and eager for me to leave. Despite the delicious cakes, I personally won't be returning due to the unsatisfactory service.

Normal flavor with the worst service. I ordered a 10’ birthday cake and when I picked up, the staff told me no bag could hold this size and just gave me a plain box with my cake inside. I made it three days ago and you guys had enough time to deal with it???. I think if you do not have any bag matching more than 6’ you should consider remove these options from menu

The cakes from this place are incredible and delicious. They have the perfect level of sweetness—not too overpowering, just right. I recommend everyone I know to order their custom cakes from here!

They never pick up the phone, so I finally went to the store to try and pick up a naked 6 inch cake but once I arrived there was no one behind the counter. Someone finally came out but they did not have any 6 inch cakes, only the petite ones. I think this bakery is more of a custom order through their website type, not like a Paris baguette. They did not have many selections, I walked away with no cake, will not return.
