Estate Garden Grill - Long Island City

Anwesen garten und grill restaurant lic on Saturday evening, 23 september 2017, we met our brother at 19:15 o'clock, after our reservation of 9/16/17 and confirmation of 9/22/17. we wanted to treat her for birthday. we said there was a high time somewhere in the building and that no food could be served until 20:30. there would be sushi. we explained that we had reservations, were never contacted about the reservations that were not honored and that were missing from dinner. we said that we had traveled an hour with the train, had walked half a mile and were seniors. No one really took care, especially the manager behind the bar. the personal was not helpful when looking for another restaurant, also the other restaurant in the building/hotel. we searched online, took a taxi to vernon blvd. and found a place to eat. we will never return to this glimpse for a restaurant. dbs and rig

We were somewhat confused when we made our reservation about open table and found out that estate garden grill was closed this day! we have never been reported via open table, email, phone etc, so it looked like there were internal confusion. Nevertheless, the personal has made a nice service recovery and could put us at the poolbar for dinner drinks.

The menu on the open table is wrong. No one can see us.

I have no idea what these people were talking about in their online ads, it's just a dachband with bad eating and not talking out of sight.

I am impressed with this outdoor rooftop chill spot! The pool will be open in 2 weeks. The vibe was so chill mellow. Giant Lounge chairs Lounge Beds! Artificial turf. Plenty of seating.. beautiful bathrooms too! Food was good. We had fish tacos Panko breaded chicken strips. The only complaint is they don't have ranch dressing to dip the chicken strips but they did have this fantastic honey mustard. It was homemade I feel like. At any rate, we will be returning soon! Keep up the good work!
