Pier Village - Long Branch

LOUSY. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? 2 hours after buying 6 ice skating tickets at Pier Village for $130+ I get an email cancelling all ice skating reservations NO REFUNDS. An offer to exchange for new tickets next month is useless as I live out of state.

We love pier village for it's great beach town ambience, board walk, restaurants, beach walks, great fast food, coffee and Ice cream outlets. It's secure with patrols. Great place to hangout for hours. Great place to walk. Great place for stretching your legs, play some beach volleyball and plenty of dog walks. This is a town I love after mine.

Good beach for family, kids and everyone. You can enjoy the sand, the waves, the swim with peace as there are life guards who are on look out. Additionally there is a carousel ride for kids, public bathrooms, lot of restaurants and eateries nearby. It is walkable (about 7min) from the Long Branch train stop, which is convenient if you are using public transport. There are beach cabs which are cheap and concurrent as well.

I contacted Pier Village regarding an issue with my washing machine. They sent Doug Ford to fix it and he did a SUPERB job. Doug cleaned up and was kind and friendly. I was very satisfied with the amount of time it took Doug to fix it and he checked up with me later to see if everything was still ok. Very good customer service.
