I have ordered delivery 4 times, although they don't speak very good English they are fast. You get big portions, not spicy at all even if you order extra spicy, but best Chinese in long beach by far. 1. They can cook rice. 2. Everything doesn't taste the same and covered in goop, like fortune garden DON'T GET THESE CONFUSED! 3. They use a lot of meat, if you order Kung pao chicken its 75% chicken. 4. Everything arrives steaming hot and well packaged. Overall they are decent, which is far far far above any other Chinese in long beach. I wish they had descriptions on website.
I think they have the healthiest good Chinese food around. Try the chicken with mushrooms, shrimp with chinese greens and all the dim sum(pastries). I also love the cold noodles in peanut sauce and the scallop dishes.
The food is fantastic! The Spicy Crispy Beef and the Fillet Mignon Cube with Black Pepper Sauce are incredible. The Fried Cheese Dumplings are also a favorite of mine.
I've only been to Yummy Garden once, but based on that initial visit, I plan to return frequently. I ordered my typical first-time meal, which included pork lo mein and orange-flavored beef. The pork in the lo mein was impressively large, and the beef was delightfully crispy without being overly sweet or syrupy. My only minor complaint is that it would have been nice to have some blackened orange peel to enhance the flavor. Interestingly, the dish was served without any spice, but when I asked for some heat, they nailed it perfectly. There's so much more to explore on the menu, and I hope my next experiences will be just as good!
