Surfer Sands - Long Beach

I just had a smoked brisket sandwich that was featured as a special, and it was absolutely fantastic! The price was great too! Although the shop was closed, the owner was there making bread and took the time to prepare our sandwiches. Wow! This place deserves more than just 5 stars!

Loved it. Delicious sandwiches especially the bread. Kids said the grilled cheese was the best they ever had.

The best Philly cheesesteak around! Make sure to go early, as they often sell out. Note that they're closed on Thursdays.

I've always wanted to try this restaurant, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The cheesesteaks are absolutely incredible! I will definitely be coming back here. Just a heads up, they only offer outdoor seating.

This place is great. It is all to go. Great Philly cheese steak and wonderful fruit smoothies but my favorite was the Cajun chowder. It is my favorite chowder on the peninsula and I have had 90% of the chowder here.
