Subway - Long Beach

I dined at this restaurant a month ago for a business meeting, and my experience was not satisfactory. However, today I had the pleasure of receiving some of the most genuine customer service I've experienced in a long time. The staff, including Lupe, Maria, and two others, were outstanding. It was a truly enjoyable experience, which is quite rare these days.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. However, I must mention that there isn't a public restroom available. After a two-hour drive, we had to look for another location to take a bathroom break before we could finally enjoy our meal.

I had never visited this Subway before, but I was pleasantly surprised! The customer service was exceptional. They even took the time to explain how the new melts work. Great job, team!
