An absolute need for late doughnuts, shakes, and sugary delights. best if after a poor Richards visit. if just passing by, get that matcha raised, to rise from the brutality the days bring. be sure to be clear spoken and repeat yourself a few times while directly pointing and saying the name of the doughnuts ya want. late night means brains cells are firing the best they can.
This review is solely for the man that works here. I 've seen other reviews saying how rude he is and they 're true. They need to fire him, he ignored my mum when trying to order she started ordering and he walked in the back. A friend of mine yesterday went there and was overcharged by him and she politely said oh I thought it was $13 when he was charging $25 for a box of donuts, and he told her to shut her mouth and WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO JUST PUT THEM BACK? and that she would mess up all of his other orders, and was super rude she just froze and was embarrassed so just paid and said thank you she felt very upset afterward. This man really needs to be fired I 've seen multiple negative reviews of the man, and I don 't think it 's all the staff just him, and it will be on the Company if they do not take action and fire him for his absolutely disgusting customer service even when she was being especially nice to him.
Excellent donuts and friendly staff! It's great to have a donut shop that stays open through the afternoon. They even keep the donuts well stocked. The glazed raised is great but you should try the Cronuts, too.
I 'm newer to the area and discovered Simone 's based on a top 100 Donut places in the country list. Figured I would hit the ones closest to me and, because they 're 24 hours, they were one of the easiest to visit. These cake donuts are INCREDIBLE. I don 't say that lightly either, I 'm originally from the Philly area and I love donuts. The cake donuts are somehow spongy, fluffy, and light all at once. I often find cake donuts to be dense and crumbly, so I end up avoiding them, but they only had cake donuts, cronuts, and a few other pastries available when I was there. I 'm so glad for this! The gal that waited on us even grabbed nice warm ones for us and omg that just amped up the experience. Their donut prices are also very fair. The most expensive thing we got was a can of Bang, but all of the donuts were $1.30 a piece when we were there. We will definitely be back for more of these wonderful donuts!
