Shake Shack Long Beach

Tried something different this time. Went with the spicy shackmeister with fries and chicken bites. The fries weren't crispy and I didn't care much for the chicken bites, but the burger was pretty tasty. I still prefer a classic cheeseburger from shake shack, but the shackmeister was good; the ingredients went together well

Updated 9/17/23:Stopped by for the BOGO shake deal and late lunch. The app was not working and they would not honor the deal on the app. So much for great customer service.... Dropped down to 4 stars. You also don't get much for the price you pay. In n out is right across the street... Better price for another good burger.Original Post:Great customer service. I ordered online, but when I got there they didn't have my order ready but then I noticed the order was still processing on my phone because I must have lost cell service. The server was very apologetic even though it was not her fault, and she made it a point to try to expedite my order as soon as it went through.I ordered the shake burger lettuce wrap. There aren't that many options for Shakes, unlike Ruby's which has at least a dozen ... this place has about 5 flavors only (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, oreo and a chocolate mix). Service was super amazing though!! Patio is nice too.

A place that I crave once in a blue moon.I like getting their burger with everything in it with fries. My husband gets the shake stack with fries (not his favorite type of fries). The burgers are good but small and expensive. Their patties also look like they got thinner and smaller. Which means that we get a boba at Boba Guys after or grab dessert. The people working are not very attentive and are always talking to each other instead of trying to help the customer. Wish there was one that was closer in the OC area... but til then... Long Beach it is.

My to-go Shake Shack location. The interior space and seating is a bit smaller and more cramped than other locations, but I understand it's not something they can just up and change.It's very clean and pristine. Convenient option to order via a kiosk if you'd like as well.Got a shackburger on my latest visit and it was good. Really wish it was larger, but I knew the size I was getting when I came here. Warm and fluffy bun, smoky and juicy beef patty combined with fresh ingredients. Definitely prefer it to a burger like In-N-Out, but wince at the price point. Still definitely recommend to anyone willing to dish out a little more for a tastier burger.Will definitely be back!
