Jack In The Box - Long Beach

They never seem to get my order right, and I can't believe the young workers didn't include sauce for the $25 box. It's really not worth $25 if they're going to be stingy with the sauce, especially when it's supposed to come with the box according to the description.

Really bad service. I have given this place many possibilities and they always fail me. they always forget food in my pocket and when ordering on the laufwerk thru they always on order as if their microphones or sound systems don't work because they don't hear what I say. it's just a really bad jack in the box.

This jack in the box was checked to be open 24 hours, but when I arrived, it was 2:40 clock with cars still in the drive-thru and there was a message from the intercom saying that this jack is closed in the box! this is the third jack in the box in this area that is closed to such a strange time that is not released. I'm very upset, I want my fajita pita.

The service at this restaurant is generally good, but I had a bad experience one night. As I was pulling up to the drive-thru window, I encountered a rude employee who seemed to have a careless attitude. The employee bumped into my car multiple times as I was waiting at the window, which made me feel uneasy, especially considering recent incidents in the area. I expressed my frustration to my daughter, who was with me, and when the employees at the window asked what was wrong, I explained that this particular person always hits my car when he revs the engine. I asked them to quickly give me my food so I could leave and avoid any further confrontation. It was clear that this behavior was not acceptable and made me uncomfortable. It is important for the management to address this issue and ensure the safety of their customers.

Usually good service. But was not happy with the service one night. When I was waiting in the drive through and some Jerk with an attitude. Literally rear ended me several times as I was blocked in. Being the 3rd car from the window. I was afraid of what the person could have been capable of. Especially with all the random shootings that have been happening. I was addressing my frustration about the man hitting my car. To my daughter as we were pulling up to the window. The girls at the window asked me what was wrong and I said this guy keeps hitting my car. As he keep revving his engine. I asked them to please hurry up with my food. So I could get outta there and away from him. It was like a joke to them. Saying oh he's a regular and does this all the time. He has a temper. Not funny. One bit. So you mean to tell me. You knew how this person was. I know you saw what he was doing on the camera. Hearing the man rev his engine and did absolutely nothing to ensure our safety.
