Dave's Family Mexican - Long Beach

Some of the best Mexican food in Long Beach. Al and consistently delicious and never overly greasy or heavy. The meat is so tender and flavorful, and the elote is fantastic. We discovered this place last year through Maritime courier. It was quickly becoming a regular in our takeout rotation, and then they closed suddenly. The sign on the window says they will reopen when indoor dining is allowed again, so hopefully we can enjoy our new favorite spot again soon! We miss you Dave's!!

Can't say it enough, one of the best Mexican spots in Long Beach. Some of the best chilaquiles I've ever had. I come here about 3-4 times a week and if you haven't been here, you're missing out! Rose and Bella are amazing! Quick service. GREAT food.

We've been meaning to try this place for a few months, and finally got around to it for breakfast Saturday morning. Holy smokes, so flipping tasty. We got the chilaquiles and the Dave's breakfast burrito. The chilaquiles were INSANELY perfect, not too greasy, loads of flavor, good portion size. The breakfast burrito was also amazing, loved how well all the flavors melded together. Can't wait to try this place out for dinner, but can 1000% recommend them for breakfast orders.

Had lunch here with 6 other from work. Sat outside. Service and food were outstanding Chips and salsa (especially salsa) were fantastic. Avocado salsa is my favorite. Food was top-notch. Parking was nearby and convenient.
