Cold Stone Creamery - Long Beach

First, I asked if we could have the boo batter signature ice cream and the little lady who helped us looked at us with confusion. I proceeded to say it was the one in the picture right in front of us on the ice cream counter and to make it just like that (same toppings and all), she squinted and said huh and then rudely asked what size. She literally sprinkled the toppings, mixed it once, and piled it onto the cup. She did this for two of the same order. Mind you, the halloween oreos used in the boo batter signature recipe were behind her yet she didn't even notice they were there because she used regular ones. How do employees not know about seasonal items and what actually goes in them? Are they not trained? I am very disappointed as both cups looked like runny mush, I was embarrassed to walk out with them. Would like a refund.

I went there with my girls and surprisingly my ice cream lover daughter prefer the rite aide mint ice cream than cold stone. I chose a certain ice cream with brownies and caramel on it instead I had Oreos no brownies and chocolate chip pieces I don't like chocolate chips pieces in my ice cream and no caramel on it I was looking at it like this doesn't look like what I ordered also the chocolate bowl cone was so stale no crunch nothing it was hard as a rock I trashed it. I suggest watch what you order don't pay til you see what you're actually getting in your ice cream and make sure cones are no expired/stale.

I come here as a regular customer and on 6-26-23 around 8:15 or 8:25 pm I usually buy the $15 tub but I feel like I got ripped off and I only got a $10 tub because the ice cream is half way I barely came home and opened the tub and saw this...I'm disappointed cause I'm a customer that comes daily

I think I got the same girl serving as Sheree who also left a comment. I got less attitude but I asked for it to be to-go twice. The server over poured the cup, when I asked for a lid she said it wouldn't fit and gave it to me on the side. No bag, no extra cup. So I had to drive one handed home so I wouldn't get ice cream everywhere. I think her fathers the manager based on the conversation she was having with her co-worker. They are young high school girls looking forward to graduation and that's awesome. There should be a little more attention to detail.

Ordered the cheesecake fantasy and expected fresh berries like the photos. They used preserved berries in syrup which ended up tasting flavorless and they were frozen solid. The worker barely mixed it together. I'm talking about she gave it one little stir. My daughter wanted a little tiny dash of sprinkles on there. Ended up being $8.50 for the medium size. Compete rip off. I'll never come back.
