Crazy good food. What was alarming was a bunch of high school boys (7) flooded in and went behind the food counter and served themselves food and sat down in dining area. Crazy

We were having our baby at the hospital nearby, and when we placed our order to go, the staff was so awesome and accommodating, and sent us a handwritten letter congratulating us on our baby and threw in a free entrée. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture, and they won over a customer for life. Customer service was above and beyond.

The absolute worst staff and customer service I have experienced at a fast casual restaurant in a long time. After I looked at the receipt a few minutes after checking out, I realized we got double charged for multiple items and they refused to offer a refund. I kept my cool the entire time and pointed out the discrepancy yet the team was unwilling to budge. Very disappointed. Certainly not a customer centric culture. Visitor beware!!!

Consistently good with great service. We’ve eaten here for years. There needs to be more of these in Colorado!
