Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lone Tree

Great way to eat as a carnivore. They allow you to order the pages of meat ala Carte and not pay the price of a full bowl.

Held up without a gun.... I went in to order three tacos. Ordered three steak tacos, and asked the girl to substitute one carnitas taco. I always do this, and have no problem paying the price for the three higher priced tacos whichever they may be. I asked for guacamole on all the tacos, again as I always do. Got to the register they charged me for 3 single tacos not the three grouping they normally charge), and then proceeded to charge me $2.80 for guacamole on each taco. That is nearly $9:00 for guacamole on top of three tacos. For a three taco meal with a drink I was charged $25.26. I wasn't really paying attention at the time, but when I looked at the receipt I was appalled. Charging me for three individual tacos was bad enough, but to then charge me for guacamole three separate times is just wrong. I had almost $9:00 of guacamole alone. I went to their website to make a mock order for three tacos with guacamole, guess what they only charged me one time $2.80) for the three tacos. Since I can't get back to that Chipotle for some time I decided to contact them via their report an experience link. I was told politely that each store sets their own pricing policy, and well, just bend over and take it. Double check your receipts, don't get ripped off like I did.

It's a good and typical Chipotle. Service is fast, portions are small and price is above average, but good quality. The tables and seats were dirty, but they had no extra staff to clean, so I can blame the employees. It was a nice meal in a comfortable place.

Do not go to this restaurant it is so bad. The tortilla was so rubbery you could not eat it. I went up and told the manager they just said OK throw it away. They have the weirdest music on inside that you can't even sit inside to eat your taco on beyond is terrible.

Horrible portions. Only gave me half a scope of everything. Bring your own salt for the chips. You're better off going to a different chipotle!
