California Pizza Kitchen - Lone Tree

Love them, but service was slow, although they were pretty empty. The cauliflower pizza was burnt, but the waitress noticed and gave us a free pizza to bake at home. Super nice!

Unfortunately, the worst meal I’ve ever had in a restaurant. We never had a waitress having to flag down the only helpful person in the restaurant (a waitress trying to clock out)to place our order. I was in the restroom when the food came, and my boyfriend told them I needed something but couldn’t remember what (I was hoping for a water refill) and they told him they would come back. No one ever did. The food was awful. We both got the bbq chicken salad and the chicken was literally hard and ice cold, like it wasn’t fully defrosted. My boyfriend’s pizza (a 7in lunch one) was burned, and barely had toppings. Again we tried to get help, so he could at least enjoy it with some ranch and we were ignored. Just insanely disappointing for a meal out. Thankfully Harper was kind enough to help us even though she was not our waitress and was supposed to be off shift otherwise we never would have gotten any service at all.

Food is just ok but way over priced for mediocre pizza. If you are going to charge $20 for a small pizza please make sure it is worth that much. Could have gotten pizza at the mall for cheaper that tastes just as good.

The food was great. I had one of their lunch duos, Thai crunch salad and barbecue chicken pizza. My dining partner had cedar plank salmon. Everything was tasty. Like a lot of places, they seemed a little under staffed so things took a little bit longer than they should have. It wasn't the fault of the server as she was nice, attentive, but really running to cover half the restaurant, and there seemed to be no seater so she was doing that as well. The building is showing its age. Looks like it needs new carpet.
