Kfc Taco Bell - Londonderry

I had the worst experience ever. I placed an UberEATS order and it took me 10 minutes to get to the restaurant. When I spoke to the staff at the front counter, they told me it shouldn't be much longer. However, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes, while customers who arrived after me received their orders first. The staff seemed to take their time and didn’t appear to care about the customers. I ultimately waited nearly 50 minutes only to be told they couldn’t find my order after talking to three different workers. I strongly advise against coming here. Save your money and go somewhere with more competent staff.

I stopped by for lunch and was surprised to find the place completely empty. I waited 25 minutes for a single meal, and the guy at the window didn’t even acknowledge me. It seemed like no one was taking their job seriously. The staff behind the counter were acting like children instead of working. This location used to be good, but now it’s just a joke. To top it off, they forgot to provide a fork or spoon, so I had to eat my famous bowl with my fingers. Thanks for that!

It took a while for someone to take our order, and they warned us that it would take some time since most customers were ordering KFC through the drive-thru. We decided to place our order anyway. The wait for our food wasn’t too long, and everything was hot and seemed fairly fresh. My only issue was that the bun on my chicken sandwich was nearly stale—it was the most stale bun I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. However, the rest of the sandwich was quite good. My wife ordered the mashed potatoes with gravy, which were served nice and hot. Overall, despite the busyness, it was a decent experience, though there could have been a bit more attention to quality control.

Ordered 2 k9s and didn't get a biscuit in either. Also didn't get anything to eat my mashed potatoes with. I understand they might be busy but this stuff happens to much at this location along with long wait times. But the chicken tenders were fresh. And they were polite. Just need to double check before you leave the drive thru because they don't.

Forget trying to place a late-night chicken order. We traveled 30 min out of our way, I placed the order in advance and my card was charged so we thought it was all good as the location was open several hours after our order was placed. Got to the locationand waited in the drive through to be told that they couldn?t fulfill any chicken orders, Taco Bell only. Made me call the kfc1800 number to be refunded. 100% nonsense 0% chicken. 0/10 would not recommend. Only giving 1 star because zero is not anoption.
