Domino's Pizza - Londonderry

When he did arrive, I tried to pay him with a $100 bill, expecting to get $60 back. He told me he couldn't accept it because he didn’t have the change. I offered to pay with my card, but he said I couldn't do that at my door and would need to take the food back with him. He apologized for the inconvenience. I then called the restaurant and was put on hold, waiting for the general manager. When I finally spoke with someone, I felt like I was being blamed for making the driver wait outside at the wrong address. After waiting nearly two hours when I was originally told it would take 15 minutes, I was left frustrated and without my food.

I've ordered from this restaurant three times, and each time I got specialty pizzas that had very few toppings. I'm really disappointed, especially since I don't have this problem when I order from the Derry location.

I’ve been unwise to order dipping sauces multiple times, yet I never receive them! Tonight, we ordered three, and not a single one arrived. What’s the purpose of a quality check? This is the fourth time this has happened! I guess I should be ashamed of myself...

Leaves my food outside with out a phone call. I call in and they were extremely rude. They hung up on me because they new they were wrong. Absolutely terrible service.

Very happy with the service I received there. I had an issue with an order last week and Liana was there to make everything right. I go most weeks, and appreciate her welcoming and professional demeanor. She greets everyone that comes in the door and makes sure every customer is taken care of in a timely manner. It is a rarity these days to get this kind of customer service.
