Tim Hortons - London

This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The workers seemed to ignore me and it took them 5 to 10 minutes to serve each customer. I definitely won't be returning here.

The drive-thru is very slow, as it operates indoors. The staff is friendly, but extremely slow. The drive-thru takes twice as long as any other position.

The drive-thru at this restaurant is extremely congested and slow. The staff appears to be friendly but inefficient. I had a frustrating experience when trying to order just a coffee and muffin at the window during a busy morning rush. The drive-thru was so slow that I ended up having to reverse out of the line along with several other cars. It's time for this restaurant to make some improvements, like smoothing out the curbs and adding another intercom.

Always from the slow roast or grilled chicken, whatever they call it for wraps. Three times in a row.
