Ring a Wing - London

I called to let them know that an item was missing from my delivery (the wings, which were the main part of our order) and was told that everything had been packed and that I must have been mistaken. The person I spoke to on the phone (who refused to give their name) said they were busy and didn't have time for me before hanging up. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I ordered nachos and mozzarella sticks. The nachos were extremely stale, so I couldn't eat them. The sticks tasted like they had been cooked a week ago. I would recommend avoiding this terrible restaurant.

I visited this restaurant on May 26th. I tried to pay for my wings using my debit card on my phone, but the guy said it was declined even though the money had already been taken out of my bank account. After a few minutes of back and forth, he finally accepted the payment. However, during this time, my wings were left in the back and ended up being burnt. I paid $19.44 for a pound and a half of burnt, dry wings. Overall, I was disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant.

Ordered a food for myself and 4 kids. It took 1.5 hours to arrive. Sides were barely warm... had to heat up mozzarella sticks. Onion rings and fries were gross. Pickle spears are definitely not juicy as described and ranged in size from long and skinny to teeny tiny. They apparently changed their wing sauce. The mild wings are SPICY. My kids were really looking forward to wing night but they couldn’t handle the spice level. Will never order from here again.

These wings are the best. We got take out and it was nice and hot still! Will be ordering again soon! :
