Papa John's Pizza London

Amazing serviceI made an online order and it was 7 minutes late which is nothing unusual for any pizza place. they apologized and provided with cookies and thanked us for understanding. this is how you run the business! I had wings pizza combo and they were good.

They tried to ransom my pizza for an extra $5 CAD, refusing to give it to me.This was after having already checked-out through their website paying the full amount it said including a $5 delivery fee $2 tip.

We were traveling to London for a hockey tournament. This establishment was very close to our hotel. Walked in, ordered and waited <15 mins. Pizza was hot and gooey (yum! . Bonus pepperoncini was in the box and we fought over it. Also included garlic dipping sauce which was delicious!

Less than impressed. About 2 months ago after ordering and delivery many many times to our house I was told my address was not in their zone. Apparently half my postal code is?? Anyways I guess a manager came on the phone and magically we had delivery a few more times. Today I was told I was waaaayyyyy out of their delivery zone and to call another store. I liked the way they made my pizza. When I did go for pick up they were always friendly. I don’t want to go to another store that I feel is farther away and potentially have worse pizza or service. My issue is this was never a problem before so why now? So… no papa johns for me anymore. Done.

Wow!!! Thank you so much!! I had ordered a pizza and garlic sticks. I had had a long day and ordered it online in advance. When I got to the store, my order was not there and there was a mix up with a door dash order. The employees apologized for having to remake my order and offered me a drink while I waited. After I had put in my original order, I thought I should have tried the 6 cheese tuscan sticks instead. So I asked if I could upgrade them, I was willing to pay for the upgrade, but they wouldn’t let me. While I waited for my order, I was thinking how impressed I was with the service. It was a mistake and it happens, but the way the employees handled it, I was so pleasantly impressed with. My order came up and the employee told me they also made me a complimentary stuffed crust pepperoni pizza as well! Again, I had a long day and really appreciated your efforts to make it right, they went above and beyond for me. I was not upset at all that I had to wait. Thank you for the amazing service….the pizza tasted even better because of it.
