We waited 25 minutes for two wraps that were too spicy to eat (ordered medium spice level and it was extremely hot). The service was awful.

This is the best place for shawarma in London. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, with excellent customer service.

I literally ordered just 4 items, a chicken on the rocks, an order of fries and 2 dips. I don’t know how can you forget 2 dips from the order even after I asked the guy are the dips in there and the guy said “ Yes, yes the dips are inside the fries container”. The problem isn’t about 2 dips here but it is that I paid for them and still didn’t get them, hell, I even tipped 20% still I didn’t get them. Now I gotta eat a whole order of fries just by themselves without any taste. Thank you!!

I came here as a driver and manager girl asked if I ever tried Osama I said no. She gave me a sample of rice and chicken and I bought a large right away. And have came back ever since. Amazing service and food.
