Contribuiți la feedbackWhat a gem!!! We were at the Marriott for a conference and had dinner here with approx 7 of us. Fantastic food lots of variety, great service and ambiance!Prices were so reasonable for amount of food as well. Everyone was stuffed! Thanks for a great experience. I'll be back next time I'm in London!
The Morrissey House has been a staple favourite for years. We went for breakfast yesterday honestly, it was disappointing. Our server was good, but seemingly the only one on the floor. We ordered water, one ceasar, an omelette, an eggs benny, waited almost an hour before food came. I ordered The Bear omelette, made famous by that show. What I got was scrambled eggs with a very small amount of boursin underneath them, no potato chips on top. The real filler of the plate was slices of bread tater tots. The eggs Benny wasn't very good, soggy English muffin the dish lacking in flavour. We figured we were waiting a long time because there was a lot of care going into the food. Sad to see a London gem go this way.
Pretty good!! Unique menu and unique place in general. Clean bathrooms good food! Nice waiters. What more can you ask for.
We've been meaning to check this place out for a while and we finally got here. It took forever for the waitress to acknowledge our existence at the table. We watched a waitress wipe tables and knock food off the table onto the floor with the cloth, our waitress was unfamiliar with the new menu and when I asked for a diet coke, it was not recommended due to the air line being contaminated ??? . We ordered the Saturday special fajitas and were later told that's not actually on the menu yet. Our waitress didn't circle back after delivering our dishes to see if we needed anything else and we wish she had. We didn't receive tzatziki or greek salad dressing. We flagged down someone else who brought the sauces over and they were very delicious! The potatoes with the chicken souvlaki tasted like they brined over night in a bucket of salt and vinegar and the chicken souvlaki tasted like it was not made here. Maple Leaf pre-made maybe? The jambalaya was good but the chicken, again, tasted like it was pre-made Maple Leaf. Not sure of we'll return.
Such a ignorant staff treats you like they are top of the world won’t come to ask what you need for an hour service
