McDonald's - London

Food is same as all other locations. Service is below adequate where no sense of urgency in anyone including managers . Average times are 5-8 minutes and never open second cash even when busy. Play area is dangerous as rules are not enforced and managers don't care.

This is a good spot to grab food when I'm running my granddaughters to appointments. It's in the middle of a lot of London. Eating there is always a clean and pleasant experience as well.

I've visited many Mcdonalds all over north america but had to write a review about this restaurant. The drive thru at all times of the day is bumper to bumper busy. i decided to walk in and use the kiosk to save time. I was paying cash and placed my order. Then, I waited ..... and waited and finally I went to the order line and after waiting a total of 12 minutes, was told that I had to bring up my slip and pay for my order again.What a waste of time. very frustrating. food is still good and the staff are wonderful but the whole kiosk ordering process is a waste.

McDonald's is fairly consistent any where. Except the coffee is far better in Canada. Staff here were happy and friendly.

The dirtiest mc Donald's I've ever been in. Floors, tables, chairs. We had to wipe down everything before we sat. The play center for kids had smears of various colors. Not sure what they were and when my 2 year old (I was with her in it) got to the top she said ewwww look mom pee. Someone had peed in the top part of it. We told staff right away and still hasn't been cleaned before we left. Please avoid .
