Malibu - London

Kelsey was so pleasant and attentive.  Made our delicious lunch more enjoyable.Will definitely ask for her next time.  The restaurant is so clean and the food is prepared with a freshness you don't get every where.  You can visit without having to shout to the person next to you.  More and more restaurants are not concerned about the atmosphere, just getting you in and out.

Had planned to go to Denny’s for my Fathers’ Day brunch. Found out it would be nearly 2 hours before we would be eating. I wanted brunch, not dinner. So we hopped in the van and headed to east London to an old favourite. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Delicious food, great prices, wonderful service. My kids said to tip well, which we did then I wondered why we were paying for them on Fathers’ Day????

I have only been to this restaurant for breakfast, and both times the special was $1 off the 2 egg breakfast. You have the choice of ham, sausage, or bacon, along with toast, home fries, and coffee, all for $6.99. The coffee is also good. The servers were friendly and quick to refill our cups. There was a slight mix-up with our granddaughter's order - she thought she asked for sausage, but received ham instead. However, the server quickly rectified the mistake and got her the sausages she wanted. Overall, the service was very good.

I never expected to enjoy ordering spaghetti at a restaurant, especially with meat sauce, but this place has the best spaghetti I've ever tried. I always go for the Chicken Parmigiana, which comes with spaghetti, and it never fails to satisfy. The portion size is generous and I often have leftovers to enjoy later. I absolutely adore this dish!

Their lunch and dinner menu is also good, with options like the clubhouse sandwich and fish and chips. They make their own coleslaw which is served as a side with most entrees. I do miss the Malibu cheesesteak though, as it seems to have been taken off the menu. Malibu also offers a great selection of desserts. I recently tried the carrot cake during my last visit and it was amazing. When I visited on 04/30/16 for breakfast, the food and service were as great as always. They have updated the breakfast menu with options like the Malibu 2 x 4, which includes 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 sausages (substituted for more bacon), home fries, toast, and the choice of 2 pancakes or 2 pieces of French toast (I opted for the French toast).
