Mac's Sushi - London

Everyone complaining about the food and service here seems to forget that this is a sushi joint at a mall, not a dine-in service at an omakase restaurant. With 30% off at the end of each day, the food is very reasonable given today's prices. And I have tried my fair share of sushi. Take your sky-high expectations elsewhere. You pay for what you get.

Yesterday, I went to the mall and decided to give their sushi a try. I was interested in the crispy avocado roll, so I asked the server what was in it. However, he gave me a condescending look and simply replied, "crispy and avocado," as if I should have already known. I found his response unhelpful and off-putting. I didn't end up trying the roll because I didn't want to spend $10 on sushi from a mall kiosk with such poor customer service.

The staff is fantastic and the food is always delicious! Thank you for the tasty meal.

I usually wouldn't get sushi at a mall. But it always looked good here. We decided to give it a shot and super happy I did. My husband and I had the spicey crispy tuna roll and it was fantastic. So yummy! Best sushi I have had in awhile.

Pretty good for mall sushi, miso soup tastes like water, definitely not worth for $2.
