Homewood Suites By Hilton London Ontario

Rooms are okay. We found lot Hair on the floor when we checked in. There was water and dirt in the lobby when we walked for the breakfast, no one is cleaning it regularly. We have stayed at many Hilton properties as I am a loyal member, but this one in particular will disappoint you. I really hope they make efforts to improve the service and cleanliness.

Amazing hotel, I'm eleven years old and came with my parents and sister. They have a Microwave, Free breakfast, golf course, Air-conditioning, Room service, Free utensils, Fitness center, Its Kid friendly, Pet friendly, Indoor pool, Wheelchair accessibility, Baggage storage, Full-service laundry, Elevator Social hour, Air-conditioning, Wake up calls, Daily Housekeeping, Comfortable bedding, and Free wifi. Service was great, nothing was overly complicated and everything was straight forward. Though, there wasn't much I could go off of with the service. Its feels like the hotel supplied me with luxury at such an affordable price. View was ok, it was mostly made up of trees and poor man made infrastructure. This hotel deserves much more then a simple three stars, the ridiculousness of this review section and the general remoteness is the only thing holding this hotel back from becoming a household name. Incredible.Rooms: Rooms were gorgeous, bathrooms, were clean, Air-conditioning, the TVs had a channel called welcome that was just loud static for whatever reason, AC was a bit noisy.Nearby activities: The decor of the golf course was amazing. Indoor pool was clean.Safety: Very safe, it's a hotel in Canada.Walkability: Stores near by.Food drinks: Free breakfast was great, water tasting like Dasani if it wasn't absolutely disgusting.

Beautiful location. Lots of room for long stays in the king, jucuzzi/bubble style corner tub. Modern updates and very comfortable mattress. Breakfast different option each day well prepared food and excellent staff anywhere in the building.

Clean. Friendly service. The only thing is we had 2 children, no movies on the TV we called downstairs they said they'd send a tech in the morning. Not helpful at all, make sure everything is in working before booking rooms. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Not bad. Very nice warm pool, rooms were big. But not cleaned properly. There was a pad under the bathroom sink and bread in the microwave and used towels in the drawers. The sheets had stains the mattress was dirty. Called multiple times to get new sheets so I can’t change it myself. But staff were friendlyNearby activities: Bars.
