Farm Boy - London

I recently discovered this restaurant, and I must say, it’s fantastic! The food is consistently fresh and offered at reasonable prices. They have a variety of unique items that you won't find in other grocery stores. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making for a great shopping experience. It's definitely superior to other grocery stores, including Costco.

The store is very pleasant and clean, with friendly staff and fresh produce and bread. I appreciate being served by a person rather than a machine at checkout. This is my favorite spot for fresh deli and cheese products!

I usually come here and the staff are always friendly. Today I came in to get a refund because the cashier scanned the same item twice, which is already an inconvenience to even have to do that. Then Im waiting in line for 20 minutes because cashier Sherry almost charged this lady over $900 over something that was supposed to be like $15?? Not sure how that would even be possible but okay. So when it comes to my turn, she is rude about me requesting a refund and she tells me I have to go grab the item back from the shelf for her to do the refund, which by the way I’ve worked at grocery stores before so I know they have staff for that, but she said they “had limited staff” so therefore, I had to go get it. So fine I went to get it, came back and she’s doing a transaction with another customer even though I already waited in line ??? Super rude, terrible customer service. Please hire friendlier staff.

Great produce, great food. Excellent place to go pick up lunch. Good hot food ready made to pack up and go. Prices are on par with your main grocery chains. And the cleanliness and overall appearance was excellent. Amazi g customer service and super friendly. I highly recommend.

So clean and organized! Ultimately, employees will help if you require any to find things but some clearly are bothered by this based on how they respond. So, I avoid asking which what I'm sure they prefer.
