Burger Factory - London

Wow, I would say my experience is pretty good here. The customer services is excellent and my burgers are delicious and fresh. Please keep up the good works. I would definitely visit again.

I went there last night, got the cheese burger, it was nice. What I most like about it is the sauce, it’s called factory sauce. Worth trying ?

My partner and I tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday evening and it was amazing! I ordered the Juicy Lucy and my partner got the Juicy Lucy on Fire. They were the best burgers we've ever had! Their website is also very user-friendly for ordering. This is now our go-to burger place!

I discovered a hair in my burger and the chicken was undercooked. I ended up throwing the entire meal in the trash. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Do not believe anyone who says they like this place. I ordered 3 combos with a side of extra onion rings, but did not receive the extra rings or any of the drinks that came with the meals. On top of that, one of the onion rings was burned. This meal cost $50 plus tip, and was not even as good as eating at McDonald's. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
