The Watch House (wetherspoon)

My experience was disappointing. They require payment upfront before serving drinks, and when I asked the young man where my drink was, he seemed confused. One staff member mentioned it had to settle, but I pointed out that it hadn't even been poured yet. There was no thank you or any acknowledgment when I paid. They really need to improve their service or risk facing serious consequences.

I understand that this is not a five-star restaurant, in such a case customer service would take time to investigate complains.Positive attitude towards work and customers can definitely be learned, the management is rude, discriminates customers and abusing authority. I think more serious incident will occur in this place and unfortunately it will be too late to take actions.

The restaurant has a quiet atmosphere, which is nice for enjoying your meal and conversation. However, the hot food tastes like cheap, reheated meals from a frozen food store. The bar staff also seem quite unfriendly, and there doesn't appear to be much attention given to cleaning the tables.

The establishment is quite unkempt. The tables are sticky, and the partition walls in the cubicles are both dusty and sticky. The restrooms have an unpleasant odor, and the extractor fans are covered in black dust. This place needs a thorough deep clean, and ongoing maintenance will be essential in the future.

This is a great spot! It's always bustling with people. The food is not only very affordable but also delicious and served quickly. We had a wonderful experience here during breakfast. For two of us, we spent just £12.40, which included two meals and four coffees. We even had some leftovers! I highly recommend this place for its quality and value.
