The Brass Monkey

I absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly, and the drinks are amazing. We really enjoyed how the bartender mixes everything. We discovered this gem during our previous visit to Edinburgh.

We stopped by for a drink over the weekend during happy hour. The atmosphere was very much that of a traditional pub, which offered a great variety of drinks. Thanks to happy hour, the prices were extremely affordable, and the bar staff were both friendly and efficient.

This is a lovely little pub with a warm atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and even the chef took the time to chat with us. The food was excellent and offered great value for money. We found a Groupon deal for two beers and burgers for just £15. Additionally, while many places nearby charged around £10 for two bottles of Corona, we only paid £8.40 here. Overall, a fantastic experience!

However, I do feel that the bar could use some modernization and a change in seating to enhance its appeal. Despite this, I wouldn’t downgrade the service based on the furniture. Thank you!
