Nando's in Whitechapel is conveniently located near the tube station. The food is delicious, and the customer service is outstanding – the staff are very friendly. The dining area has a pleasant atmosphere, being both comfortable and modern. I will definitely be back!

I would advise against visiting this location due to the extremely rude behavior of both the staff and management. It's really disappointing that Nando's allows such treatment of paying customers. We go there to have a good time, not to feel disrespected. It seems that an investigation into this branch is needed, as many other customers during my visit also expressed their dissatisfaction. It’s truly unfortunate. Rest in peace, Nando's.

It seems that Portuguese roasted chicken has captivated the entire world. While Nando's is a chain found nearly everywhere, known for its delicious roasted chicken, piri-piri sauce, fries, and other side dishes, we in Montreal have our own local gems: Romado's Chicken and Coco Rico's. Despite the presence of these alternatives, I've often heard rave reviews about Nando's, and they certainly don't disappoint. The roasted chicken is exceptional, the variety of sauces available for drenching your fries is delightful (and they come in different levels of spiciness), and the side options, such as corn on the cob, salads, mashed potatoes, and of course, fries, are all fantastic. If you're in need of a quick lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong with Nando's!

No-one cheeky here... Love me some Nandos on a working week night. Popped in here for dinner during a trip to London. Firstly the location is pretty handy and is only about 400m from Whitechapel tube. This Nandos serves Halal chicken so suits those with said religious dietary requirements. The service was very efficient with the maitre d'hotel also serving me at the till. Don't forget that Nandos now have a loyalty scheme that earns you free goodies. This can be downloaded from all participating App Stores on your cellular device. I had the butterfly chicken with coleslaw and chips. I'm a creature of comforts and haven't been let down by this combination yet. Give this Nandos a try. If you are with someone you should try the humous and putts dip as a starter, this is serious munch and is a cert to get you loving Nandos.

I'm seriously so in love with Nandos!! Came here two days in a row so that's how you know it's real. Customer service was amazing. On the second day, some of the workers recognized us from the night before and greeted us with smiles throughout our dining experience. Food came out quick it was delicious. Chicken was cooked perfectly (not dry at all and the fries were amazing. The medium peri peri sauce is AWESOME. I ate it with everything and plan to order some off of Amazon when I'm back in the states. All in all, I had a great experience here. : Please open up some restaurants in California!!!
