Really amazed how friendly the staff at the costa ordered a hot chocolate with cream it was very nice and well served. definitiw a 5 stars for a good positive attitude of the staff and a good atmosphere.

Beautiful small costa, the personal was pleasant. my only complaint is that the toilets were not big, there were either urine or water on the floor next to the toilet, and there was no toilet roll.

Staff are friendly and prompt. This is one of the Costas that has the full range. Only slight negative is that staff are not fully aware of promotions linked to Costa and what they actually translate to. Staff could just declare they are unaware rather than five incorrect information that has an impact on buying choices.
