Mcdonald's -  London

Everytime I order I keep thinking maybe they’ll get it right for once but no. Even simple instructions are ignored or either they can’t read? I’m going to say they can’t read. Whomever worked the kitchen Sunday Dec 10th, you’re working at McDonald’s for a reason. I order the spicy grilled chicken burger and received a grilled chicken with mayo. Management, you need to do better by actually checking the order before handing out. I worked at that exact location over a decade ago and just finding this location deteriorating.

Couldn't figure out 3 medium regular coffee, charged us for fries, refunded the money, then tried giving us fries again at the second window. Instead of renovating, they should just close this location.

Literally every single time I’ve order from uber they miss something, even stuff I paid for. Mess up mods on burgers and everything cold.

Always great food, but I wish when they're preparing food that they wear gloves! Idk how clean it is back there or how unclean, heck one of them might have COVID, didn't get tested and they're handling food that they serve to us...

Went through the drive-thru. Slight microphone/speaker difficulties, but the order was good ? went pretty quickly too.
