Great service, beautiful place and friendly staff. Food was great!

Had a wonderful dinner with my friends here. The design is very unique especially for the Afternoon Tea Room and the bar downstairs. Food was delicious I had the veal and both my friends had the lemon sole the dishes were cooked to perfection. A lovely lady from France looked after us and recommended us a very lovely rose wine which was crisp and refreshing.

The restaurant was stunning, and the restrooms were impressive. The food was delicious. The atmosphere felt slightly overlooked, possibly because it was located in a hotel. The service began on a high note, but it became quite difficult to get anyone's attention after we finished our main courses.

The service was terrible. We informed our waitress right at the beginning of the evening that we had tickets for a show at the Royal Albert Hall, so we were under time constraints. Despite this, she was extremely slow in taking our orders and serving us. Our reservation was for 6 PM, and the restaurant was nearly empty, with only two other tables occupied. At the end of the meal, our bill was incorrect, and we had to send it back for correction. While the food was delicious, the poor service overshadowed the overall dining experience.

The staff were friendly, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect! We enjoyed a three-course meal along with a few cocktails recommended by our waitress, and everything was fantastic! We've found our new go-to spot for Friday night dates!
