Went for a friend's gathering afternoon tea with my baby girl. The lounge is very nice and staffs are very helpful

Five of us for a reunion in London. Went before show at Royal Albert Hall. Delicious. Excellent service. Beautiful dining room and sat overlooking the street. Highly recommend

We were here for a delightful Christmas dinner and were seated promptly. The meal was festive and delicious but the service a little less than attentive. Other tables seated after U.S. We're served more quickly, water was not refilled nor additional drinks offered. We were treated a bit like invisible diners. But we enjoyed our coffee and after dinner mince minis in a lovely lounge and overall the place is just visually gorgeous and lowkey elegant with wonderful art. Food very, very good. Would likely go again. Especially for tea in the public rooms or cocktails in the bar! Great easy location, too
