Sometimes people say that this place is overestimated, some people say that the service is bad. I liked my time in the rum kitchen, her Jerk chicken is quite awesome and so is her sweet potato frits. they also have quite decent nights (although somewhat expensive).
The kitchen is a Caribbean sky. jerk chickens that her taste buds to the max with a last of around to wash it all down the mood at the place is great when they should go on the way to notting hill festival they should go into the kitchen they are looking for!
After we fought over the Hafenobello street market yesterday, we worked up a bit of appetit, so we decided to check the rum kitchen, a Caribbean themed that is just behind the market street. it is a relaxed, funny, young place where they play reggae in the background, as tables of people drinking rum cocktails and chow on some great food we were there just before, which meant that we were there, shortly before the brunch menu I hoped to try their chicken wings and salt fish, but sadly they did not serve again, until later in the dark, which I simply have to visit
Mr K charles. Me and my family turned up just before happy hour finished, bought three drinks sorry happy hour doesn't apply to that drinks menu to late to change my mind Couldn't read the menu in that dark place, I had jerk wings for starter no jerk on the wings My main course was jerk chicken leg and thigh grilled with cal loo and rice and peas what a joke the chicken was a little fillet overall to expensive and still no jerk
