The Polo At The Westbury Mayfair

Dinner for two with one cocktail and one glass of wine each was £180. The food was lovely and the service was great, but I left feeling like it was about 20% too expensive without being exquisite. The cannette was incredible, but the broccoli a bit boring. Great stories behind some of the small touches, like butter from a tiny producer in the Pyrenees. The ambiance is great too very old world brasserie if a rather Mayfair ish group of diners.

My friend and I really liked this place the food was good an original, nice selection of wines by the glass and excellent and friendly service.The atmosphere was just right, not too formal, but indeed bistrot style. Not cheap though!

There's nothing to complain about this restaurant, everything was delicious and the service was exceptional.

Surly waitress. Korean/japanese sommelier utterly disinterested. Food very good brasserie style and good value for london standards however do not expect a wow factor. For same money i would recommend galvin bistro, warmer atmosphere, definitely better service and some wow dishes.
