The Palm Court At Sheraton Grand London Park Lane

We had high tea at three different places during our week in London, and these were by far the best scones! Service started out okay but as time progressed we were bypassed quite a bit (making it difficult to get more tea and again later for the check). Worth coming for tea, but be prepared to be the ‘squeaky wheel’ to have the best time.

Service was extremely poor. We waited a long time to be seated and were ignored by everyone when we had made a booking. Portions were average and no one came to refill the pots of tea and I got bored of waiting and left. It’s not value for money either. Don’t waste your money here!

Better than other place. This is my second time afternoon tea. First place is also popular, but food was soso and price was more expensive than Sheraton. I can recommend Sheraton to my friend.

The tea and sweets were outstanding, but the sandwiches were a bit tasteless
