Thai Square Fulham - London

The staff at this restaurant were very accommodating and friendly! They were extremely flexible and the food was fantastic. Definitely worth a visit.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but there are some service issues. The service was slow and the staff seemed to have a bit of attitude, being somewhat dismissive. I'm not convinced that their early bird menu actually offers any savings; priced at £19 for 2 courses, many of the main courses come with a £3 surcharge. It's probably better to just stick to the main menu. I have dined at their restaurant in the West End before and had a great experience, although that was some time ago.

Our first visit to Thai Square for a birthday celebratory dinner of a close friend and what an absolute disappointment. Total shambles for this restaurants reputation. A ruined dining experience! There was no meet and greet on arrival and waited around 5-10mins for a member of staff to actually notice despite the restaurant not being busy. When we were eventually noticed, a female member of staff came over and just waved her hand in the air pointing to the direction and said “go to the bar and left.” We noticed as we walked through the restaurant that there were only 2 members of staff visible. There were 2 small groups of around 6-10 people and then our party group of around 25. No ambience in the restaurant. Thank goodness for conversation and the help of a music playlist on one of our phones! There was only 1 member of staff allocated to our large group (a table of over 20!! We were served the wrong drinks on the first round. The food overall was poor and definitely not freshly made. All tasted as thought they were either stored in the oven since the beginning of the day or reheated from the fridge after being made a few days before. We had a lovely Waitor who clearly was overworked and tried his best to provide a good service however he was failed by this restaurants manager who did not provide him the support he clearly needed and to add to that no management in sight. I heard good reviews of the other Thai Square locations in Strand and Putney. However it seems as though that Thai Square Fulham receives very little attention from their management and HQ.

We bought a takeaway from Thai Square Fulham in January. Never had any issues with them before. This time everything had been reheated. It was disgusting. It was old, burnt and unpleasant. We had to throw everything away. Completely inedible. Complained to Deliveroo and got a full refund. Avoid!!!
