Amazing atmosphere, amazing food, amazing staff. From the moment we entered the establishment we were treated with kindness and a genuine willingness to make our experience pleasant and enjoyable. Our waiter made suggestions, and helped us understand the menu. He was patient, sincere and extremely helpful. The pizza and dessert was amazing, we decided on the walk home to return again the next night as it was that memorable. On our second visit, the same employee, Sergi greeted us again and remembered us from the night prior. He again was gracious and wonderful… even remembering our order and then brought us the most delicious olive appetizer. The restaurant was extremely busy however the food again was amazing and the service exceptional. If you stop into this establishment, say HI to Sergi for us! You won’t be disappointed in the food, atmosphere or service.

After a long day of exploring London, we all had a craving for pizza on our way back to Waterloo station. Luckily, we stumbled upon one of the largest Pizza Express locations I have ever seen - it is massive! We requested a table for 5 and were promptly seated. Unfortunately, they had run out of kids menus, but the staff did their best to accommodate us. The service was decent, though I have experienced better at other Pizza Express locations. Our table was 75, located near the kitchen where we could see the food being prepared. It seemed that they were understaffed, and there was tension between the waitstaff and cooks, which was disappointing. There was even a point where they stopped letting people in, despite having empty tables. While waiting for our food, we noticed a nearby table leave without receiving their order due to the long wait. When our food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and lacking in cheese. The sauce was only on the edges of the pizza, with very little in the middle. For the price we paid (around £13 for a pizza), the lack of cheese was disappointing, especially from a well-known chain like Pizza Express.

I went for lunch and received attentive and friendly service from the staff. The pizza and salad were excellent. The restaurant was impeccably clean.

This restaurant is very cozy and friendly with helpful staff and great vegetarian options. We arrived without a reservation, but they were able to find us a table.
