Pizza Hut - London

The service and delivery at this restaurant have had their ups and downs, but I must say my recent order was exceptional. It arrived promptly, the food was still hot (and in perfect order!), and the delivery person (Max, I believe?) was incredibly friendly and polite. His cheerful demeanor really enhanced the overall experience, prompting me to write this review. Well done, Pizza Hut!

Tonight, I ordered from Pizza Hut, and I was assisted by a very polite and helpful gentleman named Bassi who took my order. The food arrived quickly, delivered by a friendly driver named JD. I am very satisfied with both the food and the service! Thank you!

It seems that some people have had negative experiences at this restaurant, but every time I order from here, the delivery is consistently quick, and the pizza arrives hot!

For years I stopped eating pizza hut because I felt others had upped their game. I've now had 4 meals from here over last few months, and they where the best Pizzas we've ever had. Whole are clerly great. From chefs to drivers. Food always arrives piping hot.
