I left most of the plate, like my partner with his red curry. Neither of us were asked if we enjoyed the food or why we had not eaten much. Overall, the experience was not what we expected
My first visit to O's but certainly not my last. Took my wife and two Chinese friends from Hong Kong. Fairly busy Friday evening and I couldn't fault the service. Cheerful, friendly, attentive and efficient. I had a la carte and chose from their specials on the wall. The other three chose the set menu which at £15 is superb value. Ingredients fresh and the there is nice lemon grass smell wafting through the restaurant. I had lovely vegetable tempura to start with and a very spicy duck main course. Great little place.
We visited between Xmas Nd new year so it was a bit quiet but no matter! Delicious yellow curry and the steak special was gorgeous. They do fat prawn toast, not like in a dodgy Chinese. Friendly and helpful, and happy to recommend if you're unsure. I forget how good it is until I return, and I always return!
Had another excellent meal in O's on Saturday night after the Cinema. We have been going to O's for a long time now and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and attentive.
First impressions of the venue were great, it has a very quaint and cosy atmosphere which enables you to feel relaxed and also keeps the volume of the customers at a nice level so you can have quiet conversations without the need to raise your voice. The service was very professional, prompt and polite. I Throughly enjoyed my meal, and would definitely go again.
